Cindy MillerMy name is Cindy Miller.
Our family moved to Vacaville from the Bay area in 1974. So many changes in our, what was then, a little town. In 1974, Vacaville had 20,000 people and one traffic light. Vacaville was well known for the Nut Tree and the onion plant. The smell of onions as you drove through town, or passing by on the freeway with the windows down, often made you crave a good burger. My husband and I have two daughters and four grandchildren. We started attending Bethany Lutheran and became members in 1975. In 1987, I began teaching preschool here at Bethany. It is such a blessing watching our students grow and return to Bethany with their own children. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my faith with our students. God has truly blessed our school. |
