Alex Poole

Alex Poole holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Sonoma State University, where she completed her degree after transferring from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. Alex continued her education by earning a Master of Education in Leadership from the University of San Diego and is currently all but dissertation (ABD) in the Doctor of Education program in Organizational Leadership at St. Mary’s.

Since earning her undergraduate degree, Alex has dedicated her career to education, initially teaching math and science at various schools before transitioning into administration. She is passionate about creating tailored educational experiences that meet the unique needs of each student, firmly believing that the right school exists for every child. Alex is committed to fostering an environment where students and families feel supported and empowered to thrive.

Outside of her professional life, Alex cherishes time with her family, which includes two children, a dog, and a supportive husband. With her kids actively involved in sports, family life is vibrant and full of energy. In her free time, Alex enjoys surfing, reading, and traveling, always seeking new adventures and opportunities to learn and grow.
