HOT LUNCH PROCEDURE
We are delighted to once again partner with Revolution Food, based out of Oakland, as the Hot Lunch provider for Bethany Lutheran School.
The goal of Revolution Foods is to ensure that children are receiving high quality, fresh and healthy food at school. To achieve this, they uphold strict food standards and openly disclose them to the communities they serve. To find out more about Revolution Foods, visit their website at www.revolutionfoods.com.
- Here is how our Hot Lunch Program works:
Lunch Prices: K-6 …..$3.60
7-12….$4.00
(K-6 and 7-12 denotes portion size. You may order either lunch for your student.)
- Orders must be received in the school office by Tuesday at 4:00 PM for the following week. Late orders will not be accepted.
- In order to streamline this ordering process, payment for lunch orders can only be done through deduction directly from your ACH tuition account on file with BLS. If you are not already set up for ACH payments, authorization forms are available on our website at www.gobethany.com under the "Forms" tab or in the school office.
- A monthly menu will be available on our website at www.gobethany.com under the "Hot Lunch" tab or in the school office.
- A separate order form is required for each student as orders are input individually.
- Clearly print your student’s name and grade on the order form.
- Clearly circle your student’s lunch choice; indicate the lunch size being ordered for each day (i.e., K-6 or 7-12); tally the total for the lunches; and sign the form. Please also make a copy of the order form for yourself as a receipt and a reminder.
- Orders can be returned to school with students, emailed to: bethanyschool@pacbell.net, or faxed to: 707-359-2230.
